A global London market Insurer is currently looking for an experienced Operational Data Analyst to join their brand new Data Mapping team on a permanent basis within an ever-expanding organisation who are going through a vast amount of digitalisation and strategic transformation.
This role will play an essential part in making sure teams across the wider business are getting their desired outcomes for approvals whilst working alongside the MI teams in order to understand more of their Data Mapping requirements. You will be developing both internal and external business relationships to allow for the promotion of the operational data function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and resolving outstanding data queries that have been relation to data changes
- Ability to communicate openly in senior stakeholder meetings to discuss any issues in more detail if required
- Work through any MDS mapping amendments and mock up any changes required for approval
- Escalation points for critical data queries emanating from source systems
- Experience around Data Mapping
- Advanced knowledge around Excel
- Prior experience engaging with Senior Stakeholders
- Understanding of the Insurance Sector
- Understanding of SQL
