Platform IT Support – Media/Broadcasting – Osterley  - £30,000 - £35,000
A leading media and broadcasting company based in Osterley are looking for an IT support candidate, more specifically a ‘Platform Controller’. You will be responsible for providing support of their products and content, troubleshooting related issues and essentially escalating the issue so they don’t reach the customer.

They are looking for someone who has worked in a Broadcasting/Media environment, who is familiar with Content/Platforms.

Key responsibilities:

-Ensuring timely detection of faults and resolving these to ensure first class service for customers
-Manage communications and ensure stakeholders are informed of relevant issues and network related problems
-Prevention of platform incidents
-Working to support continual change and offering support on ways to improve processes and efficiency

Key Skills:

-Excellent communication skills
-Strong troubleshooting skills
-Ability to solve technical issues, being the go-to person
-Strong reporting and logging skills
-Incident/Ticket management
