My client, a well-established and growing independent Private Bank based in the City of London are seeing a a Platform Lead to join their London office on a permanent basis.
You will be reporting directly to the Head of Client & Marketing Platforms, acting as the number two, providing support and delivery of this specific pillar in the business. You will take responsibility for managing the platforms as well as 3rd party system suppliers (namely Salesforce), which will include ongoing enhancements, development, and maintenance, as well as supporting the delivery of change projects. You will also have line management responsibilities so prior experience in team management is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as an IT Platform Lead in the Financial Services Industry (preferably a smaller organisation)
- Team/line management responsibilities
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Salesforce exposure / 3rd party management would be highly beneficial
- Experience of running change/transformation projects as well as BAU
- Excellent communication skills
