We are currently looking to recruit a PMO Manager to join one of the world’s leading Marketing and Advertising organisations, they operate in 100+ countries and employs 30,000+ specialists worldwide. They are currently embarking on a large-scale £50M transformation programme and need an experienced PMO professional to ensure successful project delivery.
This is a newly formed team, so they are looking for a PMO Manager with prior experience in programme and project cost tracking by establishing robust processes to manage, track and forecast costs across their highly complex global business platform function. You will also can provide business cases for project investment and work closely with finance partners to ensure all project budget and forecast spends are clear.
Your responsibilities:
- Sets project reporting standards and project financial management standards across Business Platforms and engages with spoke PMOs accordingly
- Identification and management of Portfolio level Risks and Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies
- Delivery of continuous improvements and efficiencies across PMO and Portfolio
- Active involvement in the IT Management Team to drive a high performing function aligned to the department and company strategy
