A global investment management firm are looking for a Portfolio Administrator Coordinator to join their company on a permanent basis at their London office sitting within their new Investment Operations function with a strong focus around funds and direct equity.
They are looking for someone sit within the Portfolio Administration team, working alongside the wider business in order to create and develop a portfolio administration function made up of 4 people, where you will be transferring existing processes from the organisation’s investment teams.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop a portfolio administration team, transferring existing processes from the organisations Investment teams
- Improving the portfolio administration process to make it more effective and introducing automation and standardisation
- Perform administration duties related to initial investment transactions
- Monitor, check and administer ongoing lifecycle events, processing disbursements, distributions for Funds.
- Knowledge of Portfolio Management systems, ideally eFront
- Recognised accountancy qualification or working towards it
- Knowledge of Data Input/Data Entry
- Understanding of financial instruments and the administration processes that are required to support them.
