A global London market Insurer is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Digital Transformation team on a permanent basis to support the portfolio which is delivering change to operational resilience regulations, business and technical continuity and other areas of Operational and Enterprise risk.
 
Working closely with the Global Risk Solution technology team, you will be supporting the portfolio, ensuring business needs are understood and met.
 
Responsibilities:
·          Work closely with the product owner in understanding business needs and goals and articulating in order to progress delivery
·          Conduct analysis work to identify to be future state operating models through process and technology and understand current state processes
·          Facilitate workshops to elaborate Epics, capture and document user story mapping and user stories
·          Actively manage backlog stories with the product owner ensuring prioritisation
·          Work closely with stakeholders to identify and document non-functional requirements as user stories
 
Requirements:
·          Solid regulatory experience having worked in a Regulatory, Risk or Legal change function 
·          Knowledge of operational resilience
·          Background in Financial Services
·          Agile Knowledge
