A global Lloyd’s market insurer is looking for a Product manager to join their London office. You will assist in the delivery of the key system products that support the overall finance systems ensuring they are fit for purpose and acting as an ambassador for the finance systems team.

Responsibilities:
- Business liaison for all product related queries
- System user maintenance
- User license management
- System integration management
- Vendor Management for respective product(s)
- Incident Management (access and applications/ integration)
- Maintain product queries and resolution log
- Maintain key reference data within finance systems
- Engage with product users throughout the business and participate in user groups
- Understand the system needs and work with business users to plan timing and logistics for large system changes
- Support the implementation of new solutions
- Management of build and technical system changes
- Support data migration and change requests
- Maintain system user guide documentation
- Responsible for user onboarding / offboarding of finance systems
- Liaise with system vendors to resolve functional queries and system performance issues
- Data management
- Issue management with third party consultants
- Training of product
- Testing of product
Experience needed:
- Experience of working within the insurance industry
- Knowledge of core accounting concepts
- Experience working within a finance transformation implementation programme
- Experience with SUN, TM1 products preferred
- Knowledge of key Microsoft applications
- Able to troubleshoot and solve issues
- Confident in working with 3rd party vendors
