Programme Manager – Private Assets – Private Markets – PE – Infra Capital – Private Credit – Private Debt – CLOs - Alternative Investments – Investment Management
Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation, is looking for a Programme Manager to join them on a permanent basis and lead a strategic initiative within their Private Assets business.
This person will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of delivering a plan of work on the Strategic Operating Model for the Private Assets business. In addition, the development of ESG capability will be a key priority of this role.
The successful candidate will be a proven programme manager with experience of leading initiatives within the private markets sector. They will need to effectively manage all dependencies and stakeholder relationships.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven track record of delivering complex, large scale change programmes.
Private Assets Experience, such as Private Equity, Private Credit, Private Debt, CLOs and Infra Capital.
System and Process knowledge across Deal Origination, Deal Monitoring, Portfolio Management, Middle Office and Administration.
Understanding of data models supporting Private Assets, IBOR and ABOR.
Some experience of ESG operating models within the Private Markets space.
Strong stakeholder management including managing key internal and external relationships.
