My client, a leading financial services organisation, are currently looking for a highly experienced Test Manager to join the team.
The role will be responsible for test strategy and delivery of a large-scale technology transformation programme. The multi-year programme, consisting of significant development teams, will be supporting the refresh of a legacy technology stack for a high-profile revenue generating platform for the business.
Candidates must have:
- Extensive Test Management experience within the investment banking domain
- Demonstrable experience of creating and owning test strategy and execution for large scale technology programmes.
- Knowledge of modern Testing techniques including test automation
- Experience delivering testing within both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Capable of managing both on-shore and off-shore resources
