Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to lead the migration of Salesforce into multiple lines of business within our client's organization, a large Biotech company HQ'd in the States. This is a pivotal project that requires strategic planning, execution, and effective communication to ensure the successful integration of Salesforce across various departments.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the migration of Salesforce into multiple lines of business.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines.
  • Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the migration process.
  • Manage resources effectively to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to oversee data migration, system configuration, and customization as needed.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure project goals are met and stakeholders' expectations are exceeded.
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and achievements to senior management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CRM platform and experience with Salesforce migrations or implementations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards common goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce Administrator (desirable).
