Project Manager – Technology, Software, Regulatory, Delivery, Stakeholder Management, Financial Services, Northampton - Up to £82,000 Base + Bonus + Benefits
My client, a leading global financial services organisation, are seeking an experience Technical Project Manager to join their Northampton based office on a permanent basis.
You will be taking charge of delivering a variety of digital and software projects which cuts across all of their existing workstreams in their payments business. This role will be VP Senior Project level and will require you to ensure each workstream is adhering to the delivery of new regulatory initiatives, software enhancements and digital delivery, supporting the business with roadmaps and strategy. You will be the go between across the workstreams, reporting upwards to C-suite stakeholders, whilst ultimately taking responsibility for the deliverables in your projects, which will be both technical and business change focused.
To be successful in this role you will need;
  • Proven Project management experience
  • A software delivery background
  • Excellent stakeholder management (up to C-suite)
  • Ability to manage matrix teams and £multi-million budgets
  • Experience of delivering to tight regulatory deadlines would be high beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills
