My client, a world leading consulting firm offering global integrated professional services, are seeking a Resource & Demand PMO to join the team on a permanent basis in one of their UK offices/Remotely. This role will be responsible for the management and facilitation of the Demand Management process for their Internal Business Services function.
You will be supporting project delivery, functional leads and team leads with resource scheduling queries, by advising on techniques, processes, and best practice. In addition, you will be maintaining resource data in ServiceNow ITBM and liaising with stakeholders to understand upcoming demands and ensure that ServiceNow reflects the latest start dates.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Significant experience working across Portfolios/ Complex Programmes in a Demand & Resource Management role
- A high level of ServiceNow experience would be preferred but Clarity would be acceptable
- Strong relationship management skills
- Advanced level use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint and SharePoint
