IT Business Analyst – Data Reconciliations, Data Quality, Testing, Salesforce, ICM, Incentive Compensation Management, Jira, Financial Services – Permanent – Remote/London – Paying up to £60,000 base + 20% bonus + benefits
Our client, a leading Financial Services organisation, are seeking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their London office on a permanent basis. You would be joining the Sales Compensation team supporting the definition and prioritising changes to their ICM capability which is an exciting and expanding area of their Data & Analytics business.
You will be tasked with driving changes and enhancements of the capability - gathering requirements, running data quality, resolving data issues, processing data from multiple sources and managing testing with the development team. You will also be ensuring that the features and changes of the capability align with the requirements of stakeholders and communicate these enhancements when needed.
Key requirements:
Extensive experience as an IT Business Analyst within the Financial Services
Excellent data analysis skills – processing data from sources, resolving data issues and running data quality
Strong knowledge of User Acceptance Testing, Business Validation Testing
Strong senior stakeholder management skills, ability to translate technical and non-technical requirements
Experience with Salesforce and/or ICM (Incentive compensation management) would be highly beneficial for this role
Data Visualization tools would also be a bonus but not a must have
