My client, a leading Financial Services Organisation are seeking a Scrum Master to join their Fort Mill office on a contract basis.
You will be supporting and guiding agile teams to ensure a cohesive and effective delivery service for the organisations key revenue generating data platform. The team you will be joining are focused on ensuring the design and build of technology platforms critical to the growth. You will be focused on supporting the adoption of a large-scale scrum approach ,as well as motivating the team, ensuring effective agile methodologies are used and continuous backlog refinement.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Scrum Master experience
- Refined Agile skills practising Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Proven Financial Services experience
- Experience on large scale data platforms would be highly beneficial
