My client, a leading Global Investment Bank are seeking a Scrum Master to join their London based office on a permanent basis.
You will be supporting and guiding agile teams to ensure a cohesive and effective delivery service for the banks Treasury Trading, Balance Sheet Management and Liquidity Reporting platforms. The team you will be joining are focused on ensuring the design and build of technology platforms critical to the organisations regulatory responsibilities and enabling efficiencies. You will be focused on supporting the adoption of a large-scale scrum approach ,as well as motivating the team, ensuring effective agile methodologies are used and continuous backlog refinement.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Scrum Master experience
- Refined Agile skills practising Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Experienced with Jira
- A Technical understanding / knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases (Oracle)
- Strong Java / Oracle Background
