Senior Business Analyst – Digitalisation, Transformation, Change, Business Analysis, Financial Services – Permanent, London, paying up to £90,000 + bonus + benefits
My client, an International Financial Institution business based in London is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their London office on a permanent basis. You would be joining an exciting and expanding Design and Transformation function, working on a large-scale digital transformation program for their operating model.

You will be tasked with leading multiple change projects with the purpose of designing and implementing solutions and innovative processes. You will also be engaging with key stakeholders, documenting business requirements as part of the operating model (which will include process, data and technology design). You may also be a Product Owner within their strategic technology or business transformation projects.

Key requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as a strong Business Analyst within Financial Services
  • Experience leading multiple digital transformation initiatives
  • Programme/project management and change management experience; (eg. Prince 2, Lean/Six Sigma, SCRUM certification) would be desirable
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in an Agile methodology
