My client, an International Financial Institution business based in London are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their London office on a permanent basis. You would be joining an exciting and expanding Design and Transformation function, working on a large-scale digital transformation programme for their operating model.
You would be tasked with leading multiple change projects with the aim of designing and implementing solutions and new processes. You will be engaging with global stakeholders, gathering key requirements, documenting these, and supporting new conceptualised designs for business solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in KYC and screening processes.
Key requirements:
- Multiple years of experience as a strong Business Analyst within Financial Services
- Proven experience in KYC and screening processes
- Experience leading digital transformation initiatives
- Experience managing a project team
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an Agile methodology
