A leading Financial Services firm based in the City of London is looking for a strong Business Architect to join them on a permanent basis. You will support and report into the Head of Business Architecture and Operational Analytics joining the wider Trading Operations function which sits across Equities, Derivatives and FX.
The ideal candidate is expected to of come from a technical background and then more recently moved into a client facing role. You should also have multiple years’ experience of working within Financial Services, as well as have a strong understanding of Capital Markets and Electronic Trading. This role will also include designing technical target operating models, working with technology to produce requirements, and reviewing existing application and data flows to become more strategic.
Key skills required:
- 5+ years experience as a Business Architect with a Technical background/understanding
- Multiple years’ experience within Financial Services Industry and strong understanding of Capital Markets
- Previous technical background – this role will require you to be very hands-on with trading platforms and work closely with the Trading Operations Team
- Strong leadership experience, helping with training and development of others
- Excellent communication style and strong stakeholder management experience
