My client, a leading global Financial Markets infrastructure organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London based office on a contract basis.
You will be working in the centralised shared services team, which covers the market data platform used by all clearing operations and services in the organisation. This programme aims to roll out this platform across a number of entities and business lines, of which you will be in responsible for the delivery. This will involve shaping and structuring the book of work, defining the scope, executing on delivery and managing challenging business stakeholders. More specifically, you will take charge of the platform roll out workstream which aims to roll out this market data product in to European entity.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Senior Project Management experience in a top tier financial services organisation
- Clearing / Post Trade / Market Data experience would be highly beneficial
- Experience in delivery large scale software / applications change / platforms
- Proven business change experience
- Ability to manage challenging business stakeholders
- Experience managing IT and business teams and £multi-million budgets
- Excellent communication skills
This is an excellent opportunity to run a key workstream as part of a large platform roll out, in a centralised function with high visibility across the organisation.
