Service Delivery Associate – Service Management, ITIL, ITSM, KPIs, User Experience, User Adoption, Financial Services – London – Paying up to £70,000  

An International Financial Institution business based in London, are looking for a Service Management professional to join their IT infrastructure and operations team.

You will be responsible for the overall delivery, management, and development of a number of their IT & Infrastructure services. This includes supporting the delivery of their defined business services, using a variety of best practices based on ITIL and ISO.

You will be tasked with leading the growth, implementation, and continuous improvement for their IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and determining, assessing, and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to these services, processes, operations, and delivery.

Key requirements:
  • Multiple years of experience as a Service Management professional with experience in at least one of the following (User Adoption, User experience, Customer/ User Charter, or End User Champion)
  • Previous experience leading a team or as a team lead
  • ITIL qualified
  • Strong stakeholder management across internal, external and 3rd parties
