A Service Desk Analyst is required by our client, a global marketing and advertising organisation based in Manchester, to provide 1st line support on a permanent basis. This is an entry-level role suitable for recent graduates or candidates with 6-12 months experience with fluency or high competency in Polish.
The successful candidate will be capable of ensuring excellent computer operation so that users throughout the business can accomplish business tasks. Within this fast-paced environment, the candidate would need to receive, prioritise, document, and actively resolve requests whilst striving to deliver the highest level of customer service.
They are looking for someone with ambition and drive that will be happy to work within the Service Desk. This role will also provide the opportunity to gain experience with other areas in IT.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Experience working with Office365 would be advantageous.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in either German, French or Italian is essential.
