ServiceNow Development Lead – Big 4, ServiceNow, ITSM, ITBM, JavaScript, Scripting, Development, Agile, ITIL, Fully Remote
My client, a leading global consultancy, is seeking for an experienced ServiceNow Development Lead to act as a subject matter expert for all ServiceNow development across their delivery and BAU teams.
You will be collaborating with solution architects to produce the applications architecture, and subsequently, high quality solutions. All the while leading the development team through any technical challenges they may face.
In addition, it is within your scope to ensure the minimisation of technical debt specific to my client’s ServiceNow offerings, whilst challenging business cases and technical configurations.
The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow development
• Hands-on experience implementing ITSM, ITBM and HRSO applications in ServiceNow
• Scripting experience using JavaScript
• Experience of Business Rules and Scripts on UI Actions and all scripted aspects of ServiceNow
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Implementer
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior developers in terms of technical aspects of ServiceNow

It would be beneficial to have:

• Agile Experience
• Knowledge of ITIL service management
• Experience scripting using HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services
