They are looking for a Solution Consultant, to join their growing London based UK team, they are currently working with a number of exciting companies including Nike, Airbus and L’Oréal
Role & Responsibilities:
Once you have attended an in-house product training programme, you will work closely with your team manager and quickly take on responsibilities both internally and in relation to clients. You will participate in the collection of client requirements and in the configuration of the expected functionalities of the Enterprise application.
You will be involved in all phases of the project, including
- Requirements gathering
- Leading workshops (preparation, presentation, feedback)
- Implementing of functionalities (feasibility study, data models, configuration)
- Tests, validation, quality control (unit tests, functional tests)
- Customer follow-up, customer success, documentation, training
