Support Engineer – Audit Analysis, SQL, Microsoft Azure, SaaS - UK Wide - Permanent - up to £50,000 + cash allowance + bonus + benefits
My client, a leading global consultancy, are searching for a Support Engineer centred around growing and shaping a modern Data Analytics platform using the Azure Cloud platform. The aim is to help their client facing teams to utilise Azure DevOps for application lifecycle management and monitoring the platform to continuously help the business get the most out of it.
This role requires hand on management of analytical platform operations, as well as assisting with the maintenance of the platforms and administration of users.
The ideal candidate must have:
Strong skills in SQL (previous DBA, SQL Developer etc.)
Good understanding of Microsoft Azure
Solid experience of gathering requirements and writing business cases
Experience with monitoring solutions and experience of best practice and optimization
Good communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to articulate solutions to a senior as well as a detailed/technical audience.
