Technical Admin Analyst - Investment Management – 6 months initial contract
London/Hybrid
Circa £400 p/d (Inside IR35)
Our client, a global investment management firm are looking for a Process Analyst to join their IT and Security team on a contract basis.
The role will involve working within the Technology & Security department to run regular processes such as purchase order and invoice processing, project reporting, risk and audit reporting as well as ad hoc production of management information in collaboration with subject matter experts.
Responsibilities
Effective management of the processes that deliver regular project reporting
Timely and accurate processing of all purchase orders and invoices for the technology and security department
Monthly reconciliation and T&S expenditure
Support for monthly resource forecasting process
Requirements
Prior experience of running similar processes
Proven skills in developing processes to improve efficiency
A structured approach to timekeeping to ensure timely delivery of process outputs
Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite
Prior experience of ordering and invoicing systems, preferably SAP Concur
