Technical Business Analyst

We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Business Analyst to join a tech consultancy based in London. This position requires strong technical ability, along with experience in a Financial Service domain.

Role Overview:
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical implementations. You will utilize your expertise in both business analysis and technology to drive the successful delivery of the firm's Financial Service clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, guiding development teams throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Work closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations to clients based on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and regulations.
- Consulting experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies.
