Our client, a boutique InsureTech consultancy based in London is urgently seeking an experienced Business Analys. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and drive the implementation of technical solutions, including CAT (Catastrophe) modelling.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
- Assist in the testing and implementation of technical solutions.
- Provide support and training to end-users as needed.
- Experience with CAT (Catastrophe) modelling is essential.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with an insurance background.
- Lloyd's of London Markets experience is essential, strong knowledge of London Market operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of IT systems and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is desirable.
