Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation, are looking for a Technical Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This will be joining their Contact Centre supporting a range of initiatives across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting core telephony into the contact centre, managing the routing and handling of infrastructure as well as designing, implementing and supporting the Genesys platform. Alongside this, you will be responsible for running a multitude of products being rolled out across the business.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a contact centre, or similar environment, with a knowledge of Genesys and have the ability to run and manage products.
Key Skills:
- Ideally experienced in contact centre technologies such as Genesys Cloud or similar products
- Knowledge and exposure to technical infrastructure concepts, particularly networking and service oriented architecture
- Knowledge and understanding of databases and SQL
- Forward thinking and hold a curious mindset of how to improve upon existing products
