My client a leading Financial Services organisation based in London are looking for a Non-Functional Test Lead to join their London based office on an initial 6-month contract basis.
Your main responsibility within this role will be to develop & implement the overall test strategy ensuring it is in line with the business. You will also be managing the NFT QA team, where you will be overseeing and coordinating test processes. As it is a Lead role, you will give guidance and advice to the team ensuring test deliverables are documented and implemented maintained to a high level. Furthermore, you will be working with various business units in deployment, production readiness, and migration testing.
Ideal Skillset:
- Previous experience in a Non-Functional Test Lead position from a Financial Services organisation
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of QAs
- Experience developing the test strategy ensuring it is aligned with the business and IT strategies
- Ability to assist business with deployment, production readiness, and migration testing
- Proven ability to analyse system utilisation metrics, including JAVA heap size, memory & CPU
- Previous experience with Agile Ways of Working and Agile estimation
