Test Manager – Test Lead, QA Lead, Performance Testing, Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, Big 4 Consultancy, Permanent, UK wide

My client, one of the Big 4 Consultancies, is looking for a dynamic Test Manager with strong Performance Testing experience to create testing strategies while proactively engage in the drive of shift-left in performance testing.
You will lead the team to support internal and external stakeholders, being responsible for the definition of test strategies and methodologies, ensuring these are delivered to its best quality in preparation for the next steps in the testing lifecycle.

Ideal candidate should possess:

• Extensive knowledge in Performance Testing
• Proficient with LoadRunner
• Good stakeholder management, able to communicate with cross-functional team leads up to C-suite level
• Proactive mindset to drive innovation and improvements

It would also be beneficial but not required:

• Experience in Test Automation
• Experience in Cloud Technologies – such as Azure, AWS
• Knowledge coding languages – such as Python, C#
