​Preet joined Cornwallis Elt in November 2023 with over 2 years of technology recruitment experience. Preet was the first Consultant hired into Cornwallis Elt's Birmingham office and has been very active building our presence in the Midlands.

Q: What attracted you to Cornwallis Elt?

A: Cornwallis Elt's prestigious client base and multiple office locations, along with their growth plans within the Midlands region, made the opportunity to work with them incredibly attractive. The dynamic to achieve great things and expand on an already strong client base, alongside the brand of our parent company, Morson Group is very prevalent, allowing for a very smooth operational process.

A: Cornwallis Elt has the perfect balance between professionalism and great culture. In just a short amount of time, I have been able to form strong relationships with my peers, having felt like I have known them for 20 years! The cross collaboration between the Birmingham and London office means that no-one is a stranger to each other, along with consistent social events everyone can take part in.
