A global Investment Management firm are looking for a Business Analyst to join on a permanent basis out of their London office. The role sits within an established Programme Change Team, and you will be responsible for the delivering major transformations across the business.
The business is undertaking a change to create a more robust and efficient operating model aiming to improve its investment decision-making and portfolio management processes. You would be helping to build out the centralised investment operations function for the organisation, identifying and delivering end to end business change projects.
A company that has been rapidly growing and changing across all areas of the business with their programme and change department only being established a few years ago, giving scope to help influence their processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead Business Analyst requirements on a daily basis and enable new initiatives
- Evaluating change requirements and develop solution options
- Working with change and technology resources and provide support during development and test activities
- Building relationships and liaising with Stakeholders and understanding their needs
- Gather, document, and manage requirements to delivery stage
- Support wider delivery of programmes
- Identify data requirements and enhancements to the enterprise data model
- Collaborate with the change management team to improve programme delivery
- Experience of front, middle and back-office functions
- Data analysis skills, proficiency in SQL and understanding of Investment Data
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of seniority
- Excellent skills and ability to present at all levels of seniority
- Experience in working in Agile and Waterfall environment
- Previous experience within Financial Services or Investment Management
