Senior Cloud Security Engineer 12-month contract Manchester (Hybrid)
A global financial services leader is hiring a Senior Cloud Security Engineer to help shape their next generation of secure, cloud-first services. This hybrid role (3 days per week in Manchester) offers the chance to work across global teams and secure modern AWS cloud infrastructures.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience with AWS and cloud security (IAM, networking, encryption).
- IAC, AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit), Pulumi, or serverless framework preferred.
- REST API development (NestJS desirable).
- Experience implementing modern authentication (MFA, passkeys) and integrating with Auth0, Ping Identity, or Transmit Security.
- Proven background in microservices and secure, scalable architecture.
- Excellent communicator with exposure to Agile/Scrum teams.
