Cyber Security and Identity Consultant – 6 Month Contract - London / Hybrid - £650 p/d
A global Media business is seeking a skilled Cyber Security and Identity Management Consultant to join its Global Technology Operations team. This is a high-impact role that bridges cybersecurity strategy and operational delivery across an international enterprise.
Reporting to the VP of Global Operations, the successful candidate will act as the key link between the CISO Office and Global Technology Operations, driving the security roadmap, shaping identity strategy, and ensuring robust protection and governance of global systems and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall accountability for the Global Technology Operations security roadmap.
- Design, implement, and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) frameworks aligned with organisational goals and regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce IAM policies, ensuring compliance with RBAC and least-privilege principles.
- Partner with the CISO Office to assess, prioritise, and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Lead on security incident response related to identity and access breaches
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IAM, security operations, or a related cybersecurity discipline
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator are advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of security standards, threat management, and IAM technologies (e.g. Saviynt).
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (LDAP) and automation/scripting tools (PowerShell, Python).
