My client, a leading Financial Services organisation are seeking a Head of Hub Change Portfolio to join the business in London on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for delivering the Change Portfolio within HUB Value Stream , where Hub is is the company’s corporate advisory and distribution business, specialises in providing integrated financial solutions to UK organisations and to their customers and members.
The role is focused on supporting the business in a rapid pivot towards new markets and products, whilst maintaining appropriate investment in legacy business and platforms.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Experience leading customer-facing digital solution delivery
- Transformation delivery management experience in medium to large sized financial institutions
- Proven experience in change delivery model design and embedding, including agile and traditional methodologies
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Clear experience of leading teams within an agile, multi-disciplinary, and complex commercial environment spanning both business/operational and IT change
- Experience in running transformation programs across business units.
- An experienced people leader with the ability to translate the vision / strategy in to clear priorities and direction
