My client, a leading global data consultancy are looking for a Head of Service Operations to join their team on a permanent basis in London.
The role will be responsible for rapidly growing and leading the global service management team, whilst establishing, building out, and running the entire Service Management operations.
You will be responsible for the delivery of a new IT Service Management transformation programme and capability, whilst ensuring all the global infrastructure and application services integrate successfully. You will also be streamlining the Digital and Service Management workspace partners, whilst aligning them with the businesses Digital and Service Management workspace.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a Head of role with a focus on building out a Service Management/Service Operations function within a complex and large-scale environment
- Experience delivering strategic management for a transformation technology programme
- A good understanding of the risks and implications that could occur within a Service Management function
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing a team
- The ability to build and maintain key relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
