Integration Project Manager – Integration, Mergers and Acquisitions, M&A, Contract, Nottingham

My client, a global telecommunications company is seeking a Project manager to join their Nottingham office. 

As an organisation they have grown through acquisition of smaller companies and so you will be working on various acquisition projects, integrating technology and managing the resultant business change. 

Requirements:

• Proven experience  managing mergers and acquisiotns projects 
• Experience integrating both technology and business operations
• Business chnage management experiecne 
• Proven experience of managing e2e projects of work, tracking issues and risk and managing budgets and resources
• Extensive stakeholder management experience and excellent communication skills
