Our client, a leading Investment Management firm, based in the West End are seeking an experienced 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join their Infrastructure Support team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be working with a wide range of stakeholders including technical and non-technical on predominantly Windows based support.
The successful candidate will be a dependable support analyst with experience in Windows applications including Office 365, Windows 10 and InTune. Experience within financial services would be beneficial but isn’t a necessity.
Experience required:
- Experience working with 1st and 2nd line
- Experience with handling troubleshooting queries
- Experience with exemplary applications/technologies would be beneficial: Active Directory, Bloomberg, Intune, Office 365
- Good communication skills
