You will be responsible for a team of 6 PMs and BAs working on a wide range of projects covering technology and business change including but not limited to; new system implementations and upgrades, bespoke system builds, operating model design, and regulatory change. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivery and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects utilising both Agile/scrum and Waterfall methodologies. This is a highly visible role where you will work directly with senior members of the business (i.e. CxO's and HO departments).
The chosen candidate will be:
- Currently leading, or has previously led, a Project Management team in a Wealth Manager with direct line management responsibilities.
- Technical ability at a conceptual level (the meaning of APIs, Data Warehousing & Mastering and System Integration).
- Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Experience across a mixture of technical and business/regulatory projects.
- Proven ability to run multiple projects at the same time as well as overseeing their team’s book of project work.
