A world-renowned Financial Services organisation are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
You would be joining a critical programme supporting the design of the technology operating model specifically focusing on Organisation Design activities. You will need to conduct workshops and meetings with divisional leads and experts to progress large scale organisation design.
For this role, the client is looking for a strong Business Analysis skills with multiple years’ experience of working on large scale business transformation projects. Experience with OrgVue Organisation Design (or similar tools) is a strong advantage.
To be successful in this role you need:
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst on business transformation programmes
- Experience with OrgVue Organisation Design (or similar tools) would be a bonus but not a must
- Experience of helping with design/analyse Target Operating Models
- Strong stakeholder management experience
