Technical Delivery Lead - Service Management, Transformation, Project Management, Agile, ITIL – London – Permanent - £85,000 - £100,000 base + package
My client, a leading global data consultancy are looking for Technical Delivery Lead to join their team on a permanent basis in London.
You will be accountable for the effective delivery of complex, high-risk project workstreams, including the delivery of cyber security, application development and the delivery of a new environment management system. Reporting directly into the Senior Director, your responsibilities will include being able to manage and prioritise project backlogs, running multiple transformation projects as well as implementing a support model and stepping in where required to support senior leadership.
This is a highly senior role within the organisation so they will be looking for someone with a strong background in managing large-scale teams as well as a multitude of transformation projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience as a Delivery Lead and/or Senior Technical Project Manager in a large scale environment.
Previous experience coaching and leading teams in Agile and Lean practices.
Strong stakeholder communications skills and mediator between people.
Knowledge of how to negotiate, influence or set budgets in complex environments.
Experience optimising the delivery flow of teams.
Background in Service Management or implementation of ITIL principles would be highly beneficial.
