Product Owner (Web) / London / £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus / Hybrid
Our client, a global leader in events and digital engagement, is seeking a Product Owner (Web) to drive the transformation of their web platforms. In this role, you will lead the delivery of modern, scalable websites powered by a new CMS and DxP, enabling new revenue streams including memberships, subscriptions, and directories.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog for web platforms and tools.

Define and prioritise requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.

Collaborate with developers, designers, and agency partners to deliver features.

Manage third-party integrations (CRM, payments, verification, etc.).

Champion agile delivery and oversee UAT for all new releases.

Monitor site performance, analytics, and user feedback to drive improvement.

Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
Key Skills

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for web or SaaS products.

Strong understanding of CMS, CRM, and digital integrations (Optimizely, Dynamics 365, Stripe).

Skilled in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with digital transformation or large-scale web launches is a plus.
