A leading global media organisation, backed by a major private equity firm, is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing to drive strategic growth and lead a high-performing team across a diverse, interconnected portfolio of live and digital products.

This is a pivotal role for a marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution — someone who can deliver data-driven, impactful marketing programmes that strengthen brand equity, accelerate audience growth, and drive revenue. Backed by private equity investment, the business is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation and growth, making this an opportunity to play a key role in shaping its future.

The Role

  • Shape and deliver a unified marketing strategy across multiple products and channels.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of around 10 marketers, fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
  • Champion a data-led culture — using analytics to optimise activity, enhance ROI, and grow customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Oversee acquisition, retention, and upsell campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and return.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to align marketing with broader business and audience objectives.
  • Drive brand consistency and strengthen market positioning through compelling messaging and creative execution.

About You

  • Proven success in senior marketing leadership roles within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Deep experience in data-driven, audience-led marketing across digital and live products.
  • Skilled in marketing automation, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
  • Commercially astute, with a strong track record of improving marketing ROI and CLTV.
  • Experienced in transformation leadership and building high-performing teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing direction of a respected international organisation undergoing a significant transformation journey. You’ll join a creative, collaborative, and forward-thinking culture where innovation is encouraged, and your impact is visible.
