Business Analyst – Fund Management, Strategy, Target Operating Model, Client Experience

Our client, a leading fund management firm based in the City, are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their central change team on an initial 6 month contract.
 
This role will sit within their distribution pillar. This is a unique opportunity to work across a multiyear Client Experience programme, working across both tactical and strategic projects including a Client Experience (CX) strategy and a Client Reporting project.
 
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering strategic Target Operating Models, business process improvement and business change initiatives within buy-side organisations.
 
Experience required:
- Target Operating Model design and delivery.
- Buy-side industry experience (with an institutional investment or fund manager or from a consultancy).
- Broad knowledge of investment processes and ideally experience working within distribution.
- Experience working across business and technology change.
