My Client, a leading global Bank, is seeking an experienced Contact Centre Designer to join their Knutsford based office on a permanent basis.
You will be joining the Contact Centre team as an experienced designer completing complex technical designs for customer contact channels including telephone, core voice platforms, speech analytics, IVR applications and other customer interaction channels primarily in the cloud space. You will be working with Business Analysts and architecture teams to deliver integrated designs in order to deliver technical solutions across the Bank.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Technical Design experience across multiple technology stacks
- Proven Application design and integration experience
- Proven API integration design
- UI Design experience
- AWS and Cloud related technology experience
- Contact Centre Technology experience would be highly beneficial
