A global insurance company is looking for a Data and Insights Analyst to join their Portfolio Development Solutions Team, providing insights, solutions and operational improvements. In the role you will be using PowerBI to create business insights and automated reporting solutions. This is a great opportunity to join a team of likeminded individuals with a large focus on data.
Responsibilities
- Developing analytics solutions across different areas, supporting data, analytics and insights in PDS.
- Maintaining and updating business intelligence dashboards in PowerBI.
- Working across functional areas to resolve issues and support the issues of the team and Wholesale business priorities.
- Developing tools and insights to help claims and underwriting decisions, augmenting the current processes.
- Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
- The ability to transform and summarise data in SQL.
- Past experience creating data modelling tools in PowerBI – Kimball methodology is beneficial.
- Good experience of Microsoft Excel dealing with large sets of Data.
