Our client, a leading Financial Services organization based in the city, are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join them on a permanent basis. This will be to take ownership of architecture across all business functions including applications, infrastructure, and security.
This role will have a dual remit; you’ll be responsible for defining, reviewing, and governing processes as well as overseeing business critical projects.
You will work closely with architects, product owners and third-party suppliers to define improvements and new approaches towards the existing architecture. This will involve setting up committees and leading review meetings.
The ideal candidate will come from a financially regulated environment (investment banking, investment management, insurance etc.) and will be working in an Enterprise/Principal Architect capacity. You’ll also have experience working with cloud-hosted environments, specifically Azure.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect, Principal Architect or Lead Architect
- Proficiency with Azure cloud architecture
- Experience working closely with 3rd party application vendors
- Knowledge of DevOps best practices
- Experience working in a Finance regulated environment
