Our client, a growing wealth management organisation, are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their organisation on a permanent basis. You will be joining their IT Business Department playing a key role in supporting a range of key business applications on various projects.
The successful candidate will have experience working within high-paced Front Office environments and have a knowledge of Figaro. Alongside this any experience working with an IT Service Management tool such as ServiceNow, Jira or IVANTI would be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Financial Services sector.
Key Skills:
- Experience working with Figaro is essential.
- Knowledge of Wealth Dynamix, JIRA/Confluence Administration or Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be preferred.
- Knowledge of any IT Service Management tool would be highly beneficial.
