A modern Lloyd’s market insurance organisation is looking for a Business Analyst to work on a range of strategic projects within their Finance team.
Working across both new and existing projects, the Business Analyst will support the business with a key focus on their current large-scale regulatory finance programme. You must possess strong business analysis experience gained within an IT environment, coupled with familiarity with Agile delivery methods as well as providing end-to-end support on the project lifecycle.
This role will offer the opportunity to work with an innovative organisation within insurance, gaining exposure to strategic finance and regulatory projects at the forefront of the industry.
Key Skills:
- Solid Business Analysis experience, gained within an IT environment.
- Experience working on a regulatory finance project (e.g., MiFID, IFRS)
- Familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of the Insurance industry is desirable.
- Able to gather business requirements and produce documentation to a high standard.
- End-to-end experience of the project lifecycle.
- Effective communicator with all levels of the business from senior management downwards.
- Experience working within the Financial Services industry.
