My client, a leading Financial Services organisation based in London are looking for a Functional Test Lead to join their London based office on an initial 6-month contract basis with intent to extend.
Your main responsibility within this role will be to develop & implement the overall test strategy ensuring it is in line with the business. In this role you will also be managing a small functional QA team, overseeing and coordinating test processes. As it is a Lead role, you will give guidance and advice to the team ensuring test deliverables are documented and implemented maintained to a high level.
Ideal Skillset:
- Previous experience in a Functional Test Lead position from a Financial Services organisation
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of QAs
- Experience developing and implanting test strategies and processes
- Proven experience identifying and mitigating risks
- Proven ability to analyse system utilization metrics, including JAVA heap size, memory & CPU
